5. Care & Liability

Renter agrees to keep the instrument in a safe environment, away from extreme temperature and humidity, and to use it only for its intended musical purpose. Renter shall not loan, sublet, or sell the instrument.

6. Loss or Theft

In the event of loss or theft, Renter agrees to notify the Shop within 48 hours and is responsible for the replacement value of the instrument as recorded by the Shop at intake.
